Lexus lease payment are almost always less, as the term gets longer.. But, then you have the other disadvantages of a longer lease.

Thanks! Is there a 45 month number too? Looks like a 2% drop for every 3 months but the drop from 42 to 48 is 5% so I am wondering if 45 month would be the sweet spot if it is at 51%. If not 42 month works out about $5 cheaper than 36 month numbers...

In a debacle, Been leasing with Lexus for 10 years now, 4 leases total for wife, purchased my RCF. Wife is on 3rd 2015 GX460 Luxury Loaded. Did a 4yr 60K 892/mo, first mo due @ signing. Lease ends in Dec. We are under 50K right now, I feel like we have little equity. Looking for a cheaper Mo payment. Lexus offered to buyback GX460 (full payment waivers) and give us a 2018 RX350 F Sport for 878/mo. 3yr/10K Seems like I'm going backwards with this whole lease deal. Same price, smaller, less loaded vehicle, lower mile lease??? In Houston Texas 77433

That seems like a terrible deal, but need to know the details. Of course, lease taxes in Texas are very high.

Do you have a Carmax nearby? Take it to them for a bid.. Maybe, you can sell the car to them for more than the payoff.
