So it seems like the luxury has almost double the lease cash as the non-luxury (at least for Socal). Seems like it almost pays for itself.

Just wanted to follow up with some details of the lease deal we signed yesterday, in FL.

2018 RX 350L with Luxury
MSRP $53,673
Lease cash $6,500
Discount $7,167
Total Discount $13,667
Selling Price $40,006
MF 0.00135 (unfortunately very high)
MSDs $1,500
Final MF 0.00105 (still unfortunately very high, but ran out of $ )
RV 53% (could have sworn I saw it was 55% on here, so went back and forth with Finance for a bit, then checked here again - and I shut up [I was thinking of RX350]).
Tax 6.5%

To get this deal (despite telling dealer only first month and fees up front), dealer needed $3,000 down.
Total up-front $4500 ($3,000 down, $1,500 MSDs)

36mo / 12k mi (was pushing for 15k, but dealer stated they would need to restructure and the deal was not attractive)

$403/mo

Was given the impression this cannot be replicated, as Sales Mgr was professional yet not smiling too much when it was all done.

Thank you, Michaell. I really wished I could have done all or most of my up-front as MSDs, considering the high MF and max of 9 allowed, yet this dealer mentioned they 'didn't have a great day prior', so although the deal ended up being decent they needed a little more down. No dealer fee or document fees, acquisition fee was $795, then standard reg/transfer fees and such - with first month would have totaled around $1500 or so. Although heavier on the MSDs would have been my preference, couldn't walk away from this one.

The thing is I got RX350 Luxury down by $8600 of MSRP ($61400). I can get $3500 lease cash, but he is not going down  below 0.00175. If I can pull off both then will be awesome but not sure how to do it now. Since I beat down so much that their other location near by is not willing to match the price for the same specs they have on the lot.

Only you can decide if you can live with the marked up MF; can't hurt to ask for the base MF.

Give them one chance to give you the base rate, or find another Lexus dealer.

1) What are people getting in terms of discounts on the remaining 2018 RX350s?
2) My lease isn't due till July 2019. Is it wise to go after the deals they have now and turn in the lease early?
