Residual amount( 54%) = 29925.72

Max MSDs x 9 = $4275
MF = .00098
$6000 Lease cash plus $500 for Lexus loyalty
Base Monthly payment = $420
Tax = $32.55
Total Payment $452.55
Total paid at delivery was the MSDs of $4275

With no incentives and crappy residual, it probably makes more sense to go with the 2019 on a lease.
