Hello, Need you help with Leasing a 2018 RR Sport Dynamic
This is a custom order. MSRP Build Loaded at $111,225

    1) Does it make a difference where you live? I notice people stating that. Anyway I'm in SoCal.

    2) When people mention JLR Financing, does that mean Chase Auto by JLR, since LandRover uses chase as their leasing company?

Had 2 Range Rovers now, Looking for 3'rd. My Dealer always makes a fortune, and trying to limit their profit, especially on the backend.

What's the Residual & Money Factors for the following:
    39mo/15kyr

    36mo/15kyr

    33mo/15kyr

I never heard of a 33/mo lease, but seen people posting it here... Is that a popular lease, and why if so?

    3) Lastly I seen someone mentioned a bodystyle change in 2020. Considering the 1028 Model was just refreshed, and in 2013 when they changed the RR, the sport wasn't changed until 2014, Why would a bodystyle chance come so quickly for the Sport?

**DOES Anyone have any solid information on when or why they will change the bodystyle all together; either on full size or sport?

    4) Lastly, and maybe most importantly: ARE THERE ANY RR Sport Dynamic Owners here, or Owners all together who have a terrbile break squeeling? We know from all of the TSB's out that RR has been having major problems with the breaks, especially the Brembo's on the RR S Dynamic... We have a 2016 RR Sport Dynamic, and have had the breaks replaced 5 times, still no fix. Partly why buying a new one. ANY other imput would be great help, we hope they fixed this issue by now...

    THANK YOU

Need a little help please. I'm in Los Angeles. Looking at a RRS V6 Supercharged HSE. 36/12 or 39/12. Willing to put $2,500 down. MSRP I built out is $87,520. Based on current MF and RV for this, can you guys give me a monthly that you would be happy with. Thanks!

I think I've seen selling prices around $3,000 less than MSRP on here. Let's assume Selling Price was $84,520...

SE: .00245 MF and 67%/64% residual for 36/39 mo
$953/mo.+tax on either term, assuming first payment and all fees paid upfront.

    HSE:
    36 mo: .00216 MF and 64% residual
    39 mo: .00218 MF and 61% residual
$1095/mo.+tax on either term, assuming first payment and all fees paid upfront.

I didn't calculate with your $5000. Every $1000 extra reduces the payment by about $30/mo.+tax

    V8 Dynamic
    MSRP $94,000ish
    Texas

    36 or 39 months / 10k

What would the typical dealer invoice be compared to MSRP? Buy rates for the lease money factor?

If buy rates for lease are in 0.002 money factor range, any input on why so high?

Isn't that a crazy high MF buy rate? Seems other luxury dealers are much more competitive?

BMW is .00156 on every model.
Most of Mercedes higher priced SUVs have money factors around .00200

    $94K isn't exactly a mass-market luxury model price.
If you want a Velar, the money factors run from .00001-.00032 for most trims and terms.
Land Rover is taking advantage of the knowledge that the RRS customer has already demonstrated that they aren't a bargain or value shopper.

I have tried to order and lease a 2018 RRS HSE Dynamic that lists for $87,400. I want it to be for 36 months, with 10K miles per year and no money down. It doesn't appear that any dealer in MA will give you a reasonable lease price. They are all quoting a price of about $1,450 which is substantially higher than it should be based on a 59% residual and money factor of .00216. Maybe that is the market price but I don't think the car is worth it at that price.

Has anyone been able to get a decent price leasing a HSE Dynamic?

    Thanks.

Also, be advised that dealers can, and often will, mark up the MF the max allowed - .00100. Dramatically drives up the payment.

RR dealers, I've maintained, are allergic to discounting.

Thanks again. I would just buy the car if I wasn't so concerned about the car holding up mechanically for the next 4-5 years. Plus, these cars do not seem to maintain their value as well as other luxury cars.

Oh well, I guess I will just wait for the new 2019 BMW X5 50i scheduled for release later this year.

Im getting a 2018 HSE V6 MSRP of $78,150 USD with all out of pocket at 6,800 and 956 a month including taxes. This is a 39/10K.

Would you you be able to tell me if this is a good deal?

What is the adjusted cap cost?

What does the $6800 up front cover?

Not big fans of large up front amounts on a lease - would you pre-pay rent on an apartment?
