    Can someone would be able to tell me how much lease for Acura TLX Fwd with 10,000 miles for 3 year lease? Area code is 17055. Dealer price after true car discount is around 30,916. I am not sure if dealer incentive would be separate than true car discount. And I am beginner about calculating lease amount based on Money factor and residual value. Please give your input

    I'm sure the great moderators around here will have some good info, but in the meantime here's the standard national offer from Acura on a 2019 TLX base:

    But if you can find a 2018 you might save off of this. In fact, you might be able to get a TLX with Tech Pkg (ELS sound, Milano leather, navi, blind spot info, etc.) for around the same monthly payment. I've just leased a 2018 TLX Tech 2.4, and so far I really like it.

    There are two parts to the incentive - dealer cash should be part of the negotiated selling price, while customer cash should be subtracted after the selling price has been negotiated.

    Hi all. Sorry for another lease sheet, but here is one from Acura. This does not look like a great deal to me, but it's very confusing. Using your numbers I get 475/month post tax. A few questions: (1) the Residual states 50%, I believe it is 54%? (2) the MF is odd as it has six digits. Is it marked up? I think the MF is .00124, it states here: .001120? (3) It looks like the dealer took a little under 2K off the MSRP prior to the 4,250 Acura cash? Should I push for more off? (4) Anything else I should use to push the price down.

    1. 50% is for 36/15; 54% is for 36/7.5
    2. .00112 is the correct MF, this month (no clue why the extra '0' is displayed)
    3. We don't track pricing
    4. As you are getting the base MF, the only way to improve the deal is to get a lower price (see 3)
