If $0 out of pocket, then we would need to know the adjusted cap cost with the fees and such added into the selling price.

Do you think I can still do better? He said he took $4,000 off the MSRP because of the incentive, but if I bargain the usual 7 percent off of MSRP and then apply the $3275, it seems like I should get a better deal. Do you think that's too much to ask on a 2019?

I would have happily taken a 2018, but there are no base models anywhere near me so that's out of the question.

We don't track pricing, so can't tell you what you should target.

And, we don't have guidelines for Acura. 7% is for BMW only.

Adjusted CAP of about $41,875 to get that payment.

With tax and acquisition fee, the sell price is probably correct.

About $2500 discount, once incentive is considered.

Well.. NY taxes are paid upfront. That doesn't mean you can't roll that amount into the lease.

Of course, that's exactly the same deal they quoted you before, that doesn't add up.

There's a 2018 TLX 2.4 Tech at my local dealer that lists this car at "$299.00 per month for 36 months. $2,499.00 total due at signing." It has a list price of 37k. That's c. $50 more a month than an Accord LX, with a similar amount due down.

That's correct. The lease program/incentives on the 2018 TLX make for a pretty cheap lease, relative to MSRP

But, of course, this is the 2019 model discussion.
