I'm of course still responsible for $595 disposition fee at that time.

I know it's frowned upon and I hate factoring in the current lease as it fudges the numbers but don't see another way to structure it where I'm not paying two leases. I'm having a difficult time wrapping my head around how to evaluate whether the lease itself is solid accounting for the buyout. I've never paid MSRP, let alone over MSRP

I'll make it easy for you: Don't exit your lease early. You will be throwing money away.

$595 acquisition fee

There is a disposition fee, but I don't know the amount. Of course, that isn't charged until lease end.

No discount from sticker other than the $500? Wow.

With those prices, I get $561/mo plus tax.

Only way to improve on it is to get a lower selling price.

I am very new to leasing and had a quick question. Acura is currently offering $399 + $3.2k down for the 2019 RDX SH-AWD for well-qualified lessees who own a 2009 or newer Acura, Honda etc.

As someone who has good credit and meets the 2009+ current vehicle contingency, is this a good deal for the 2019 RDX?

Again, I'm new to leasing so any insight is helpful!

If it's an ad, it's most likely an average deal, at best.
Not likely to include fees, taxes, etc, etc.

For a friend... an AWD, tech in NJ is 59% residual for 12k, and .00116 MF? What’s the residual dropping to 10k miles? No lease cash, but is there a loyalty rebate?

Pretty steep residual. But with no lease cash and high MF no wonder can’t get close to under $500/mo. Surprised anyone leases these.

yeah, scratching out numbers, even getting a major discount still going to be over $500 and that is without going all the way to the top model.

You could lease an MDX for less, probably

yes, I think in person the would make a 53K tech MDX work better than a 43K RDX. though of course, then you are driving around in a big old barge and not a fun to drive midsize.
