    Did you negotiate a lease price, selling price, money factor, residual, etc, when you ordered?

    I did negotiate a selling price and locked in the MF and residual from July when I ordered, but the discount was nowhere close to $2k. I would just feel like a sucker going in and taking delivery of my new car at the agreed-upon price from three months ago on a weekend where everyone else is getting $2k off for virtually identical cars.

    Anyway, while I was typing this post my dealer did respond and said that they'll honor the MINI-tober savings on my order B) . If all goes well I'll be signing and driving off this Saturday!

    If you take a current incentive for October, you have to take the money factor and residual in effect for October, as well. I don't think they can give you the July numbers and October incentives.

    So, watch out for that. Do you know how the numbers have changed since July?

    I asked about that, and they're able to have me stay on the July MF and residual despite receiving October incentives. It's something to do with it being a rebate, I didn't completely understand how they did it but I'm glad they made it work. I got an updated lease quote sheet with the discounts included and they seem to pencil out on leasehackr's tool with July's numbers. July's MF (0.162) is slightly worse than Oct but the residual is much better (67%) so overall July's MF + residual is better than what's on offer this month.

    Looking for MF, RV & incentives for a 2019 Mini Cooper Hardtop 4 Door Signature. 36 months / 10k miles per year in 90046. MSRP on the one I want is $28,450.

    This my first time negotiating a deal for a Mini (not my first time making a lease deal). Any advice? Whats a good target for price of car? 5% off MSRP?

    Are you financing the vehicle? You'll have to watch for markups there, as well.

    Hi there! Could I ask for the RV and MF on a 2019 S E Countryman ALL4 (Hybrid) for 36/15 based on a purchase price of 38.5k (MSRP of $44950). Zip code 33157.

    I'm helping a friend lease a car, and while I've purchased a whole bunch of cars, I'm not as familiar with the leasing process. Can someone confirm that the lease is calculated using the difference between the sale price and the RV plus money factor? Do I have it right?

    Any incentives? I was reading about a $4k tax credit, is that still in effect and are there qualifiers for it?
