    I noticed that when people ask about selling price, they are referred to Edmunds TMV. I am new to leasing, and I am trying to understand how to use the TMV. If the vehicle I am looking at has a lease incentive, do I subtract the lease incentive from the TMV? For example, if the TMV on the vehicle is $40k and the incentive is $5k, should I then being trying to negotiate a sales price of $35k (plus taxes, doc fees and tag). Thank you for all of your assistance.

    It depends..

    If TMV includes a purchase incentive, then you'd only subtract the difference (if any), between the purchase and lease incentives.

Can you also please provide last months incentive for the QX60 Pure AWD 39/12K so i can compare (I left a deposit on a loacate car last month and the dealer said the deal I got is locked in, just want to see if it might have gotten less expensive).
