You won't buy it when the lease is up.
Your payments will be over $600/mo. for 60 more months, when you can lease a new one for $500-$600/mo.

I get $674/mo plus tax with those numbers, so only a few dollars off the dealer quote of $670/mo.

If you are comfortable with the discount from sticker, I don't see anything wrong with it.

Here's a little tip I just got from a friend who is the Sales Mgr. at a Toyota dealer...he said, on a lease, if your monthly is 1% or less of MSRP, that is a GREAT deal.

That is a great guideline, but you won't be able to obtain that with every make or model (or trim level).

If you try to use it as a goal, you may be frustrated more often than not.

However, the dealer asked me to sign what he called a property tax on cars which lessee should pay in Kentucky. I have never heard of this tax on a lease and wondering if the dealer is trying to rip me off by transferring the property tax to me.
