Is cap cost = the sale price net of all incentives? What is the best cap cost for a $52,580 awd luxe essential? I could buy it for 42,900. Should that be what I'd expect to get as the lease cap cost sale price?

I looked and the only differences I see are:

1.  The 2019.5 has LED headlights connected to wipers, the 2019 has xenon headlights not connected to wipers.

2.  The 2019.5 has 6 charge-only USB ports while the 2019 has 3.

The headlight difference might be an issue for those who want the look of the "newest" model.

I wanted to post the details of the lease I got yesterday, if it helps anyone here:
I got the Luxe AWD with essential and pro assist packages (MSRP $54030, residual $30797.10) for 39 equal payments of $511/month, zip code 43016. I hope that’s a good deal, I couldn’t match the numbers using the calculator (perhaps, I may have to learn more on the terms).
 There was also a $1500 rebate on the Infiniti website for leasing but the dealer gave me only $1000 when I looked into the final paperwork. I guess it could have gone down another $12/month had I insisted more, but I didn’t. Also, the dealership did not let me do the security deposits as well. Thanks for all your help with the information!

No money down, tax and all the fee included. I paid first $511 on Saturday and need to pay remaining 38 payments till end of the lease.
