Hi there, I have a noob question about the lease monthly pay calculation.
Say for 36 month lease a 2019 outback MSRP is 39065, sale price is 34065, 0 down, MF=0.0004, RV=60%, tax=9.75%; these numbers are obtained from the dealer.
The leasehackr calculator gives me $368 monthly (incl. tax). But the dealer quotes me $404 monthly (incl. tax). I'm wondering which one is correct. Thank you!

Two reasons there could be a difference:

1. MF can be marked up by the dealer
2. The adjusted CAP cost may be higher than the selling price (acquisition fee, dealer fee, etc.)

Find out from the dealer which it is.

It would appear RV's across all brands seems to be low. Is this downward trend going to continue or can we expect them to rise back up? When we leased our '17 WRX, the RV was 64%.
