No, a dealer can markup the money factor for extra profit. And, most LR dealers will do that.

It's typical of Land Rover dealers. The more expensive the model, the worse it is. Don't expect anything good.

12K is 1% lower residual - take the number of miles you think you'll need.

I wouldn't make any assumptions about what the 2020 numbers will be, later this summer.

For LR, these are pretty average terms. Dealer can, and often will, mark up those rates for extra profit.
