Sorry, that was a typo. I've corrected my original post. It's 36/10, location 91801. I used a .00177 MF and 60% residual for my leasehackr calculation to reach the $666/mo. So with a 63% residual, it goes down to $623/mo after taxes. Is that the number I should be pushing for? Thanks again.

Did you account for the $925 acquisition fee?
$85 doc fee?
$500-$550 DMV fees?

Ask the dealer for the money factor used. It's likely marked up.

Yes. $666/mo after tax with acquisition fee, doc fees, and government fees accounted for. $636/mo if acquisition fee is paid upfront. . I will ask the dealer for the MF used; if it's marked up, how can I use that to my advantage? Thanks for the help.

EDIT: FYI I checked the Zero Drive Off option in the Leasehackr calculator and the monthly went up to $700/mo after tax.

Compare apples to apples. Instead of filling in all of the blanks on Leasehacker, total up all of your charges and enter them all as selling price.

Looks pretty close.
Any idea of how much of the $4000 upfront is going to CAP reduction?

Seems like an aggressive deal, though I'd put less upfront and take a higher payment.

The residual is fixed by the bank.

The MF we quote is for top tier credit. The dealer can mark it up as much as .00040 for extra profit.

And, the MF will go up if you do not have top tier credit.

Why do dealers mark up the prices exorbitantly? Starting with a 50k car and getting a lease deal of 500 pm with 0 down would require some serious negotiations. With these fixed values, looks like dealers would have to discount the vehicle to less than 40k. Is it even possible? What am I missing?

Why discount when it's brand new?
Why discount when you've got lots of 2018 3-series on the lot that you want to get rid of?

I suspect the deals will happen - eventually.

what MF did you get, and did you do security deposits? Dealer I talked to wouldn't even let me order the 340 yet. They didn't have pricing. that was a couple of weeks ago though
