Thanks kyfdx, I read somewhere about the incentives, if my incentives are $2725, is that below invoice? Let’s say invoice was $40,000, the incentives would then bring it to $37,285. Am I thinking correctly? MRSP is what the dealer discounts to invoice, incentives are taken directly off of the invoice?

The incentives belong to the dealer.

Any discount they provide will already include them. There is no set discount.

The incentives are all Acura-to-dealer, so they don't have to disclose them.
Since you know about them, make a selling price offer that incorporates them.

If incentive is $2725, Is it reasonable to ask for $2,000 under invoice? I'm assuming invoice is cost and thus if they sell for invoice with $2725 incentive then their profit would be $2725?

Reasonable doesn't really matter. You want the lowest price you can get. Don't worry about the salesperson being insulted.

With invoice being $57,638 on a 19 AWD Advance with Entertainment, $3k under would mean I'd want to ask for $54,638.
