Is this zero drive off? Are taxes included in your payment? Does it inlcuded conquest/loyalty of $1,000? Ask for a lease sheet. You need the selling price of the vehicle to evaluate the deal.

Yes, zero drive off. Taxes are included. Basically, they told me this is all that I need to pay. If it is still not clear, I will try to get a lease sheet. Thanks.
