Why do you need paint protection on a 3 year lease?
$995 for $60 wheel locks and a $399 tint job sounds excessive. Has anyone ever stolen your wheels?

$2200 in extras is adding $70/mo. to your lease payment.

I am in Texas. 
Unfortunately, the $995 is baked into the deal. 
Its a Package on all their cars. 
Its nitrogen in the tires, tint and wheel locks. 
My wife is a teacher and their parking lot is notorious for door dings hence why I thought the door ding protection for $575 was worth it. 
The price even paying the $995 is very competitive with my area dealers. 
This dealer Is paying me roughly more than $1500 hundred buck for my trade than others. 
However they are making it back with $995

Only if the CAP cost reflects the $1500 off, and it appears that it should, with a $13K spread from MSRP.
There must be some tax credits available, besides the trade-in tax credit? Your tax number is pretty low.

i was offered $2,995 down and $561 per month. I feel like it’s not the best so I’m trying to gauge!

Tax credit was received. 
However, I have the same sheet without the trade and it has no change in the adjusted cap

Hello, can I please have the numbers on 2019 Acura MDX with tech package 12or15k/36 months 32092 zip code. Per below it looks like the incentives is $10,500 unless I am wrong. Never leased before so I am doing a lot of research.

I did a quick chat with a salesman, a friend introduced us through phone and I received the following from him. He said once I come in we can talk more details.
MSRP: $50,295 (2019 acura mdx tech)

Truecar Purchase Discount: $6,750

Truecar Lease Discount: $10,500

Trueccar purchase ePrice: $43,545

Truecar lease ePrice: $39,795

Question about the msrp, I found a tech package on truecar with $49,300 base msrp, is this something i can argue with the sales man to reduce his $50,295.

Correct looks like it does not include destination. I need to figure out the diff because they said $10,500 discount which I’m sure includes you’re $6250 incentive + not sure what else. Once I receive the total breakdown will post it.

I posted under a discussion thread and for some reason I can’t find it.

Is this a good deal. This is the 2nd dealer I went to and they did a lot better then the other dealer.

Dealer currently has $10,500 in discounts but $5,000 is being thrown towards the trade in that’s why discount shows 4,500 and trade in shows $21,000. They did it this way instead of just showing my trade was worth $16,000 because the other dealer tricked me by saying they giving me all the discounts and 21k for my car so he tried to do apples to apples comparison. Took off the pro pack and non tax charging $125 instead of $960 like the other dealer. He is also going to take of an additional $400 from the market value selling price. I may push my luck and asked for another $1,000 towards my trade in.

$12,000 out of pocket?

Even if that includes the incentives of $6250 that's still $6000 from you.

No way would I put up that much cash for a lease.

And the $3000 of negative equity doesn't help you at all.

You can roll taxes and fees into the CAP cost. No need to pay them upfront.

When accounting for the $6250 in Acura incentives, the dealer's actual discount is only $950, or about 2%. You need to evaluate whether you think that's enough of a discount or not. For me, it would not be. Don't put money down on the lease---you're masking the true cost of the lease as the actual payments are much higher.

For what it's worth, I've seen MDXs with the Tech Package going for the same actual monthly cost (when not making a down payment) of about $566.
