    I am new to the forum. I am looking at the following two options on the table for an MDX in Louisiana with zip code 70448

    Residual value - 55% - 28,165
    Gray with Espresso interior
    3 year 36k mike
    Money Factor .0022
    Sales tax 8.75
    Down payment is $1,036

    Payment after tax - $542


    Dealer 2

    Offered $529/mo after tax. Waiting on offer in writing.

    It looks as if This looks close but the money factor seems higher than others I have seen above. Any advice or thoughts on offers would be greatly appreciated

    Looking at 2019 MDX AWD Tech + Entertainment package. Could I get residual and MF for a 36/15? It looks like AWD with just tech might be .00190 / 55% with $6,250 incentives but wasn't sure if the entertainment package changes this. Zip 01701. Thanks

    All trims that are not base share the same numbers.

    Tech, Tech+Ent, Advance - all are the same.

    So does it make more sense to lease and then buy out after 1 payment or does residual pay out stay constant regardless of purchase price agreed on?

    You should be able to lease, then convert to a purchase after one or two payments. The difference in incentives more than makes up for the extra costs associated with a lease.

    That's very steep interest rate. Almost makes up the difference between lease cash and purchase cash at $3k. At 1.99 rate for Acura financing and 4.56 for lease APR rate, you may be get extra $750 benefit but leasing and other fees makes that up to certain extent.

    It's just the way the lease is calculated. In the end, you are leasing the vehicle for a monthly fee. If it's a good deal, it's a good deal. You aren't actually paying interest.

    i think , out of 1450 cost reduction, 1000 was for conquest/loyalty. I dont know what was other 1450 for.

    Thank you!  I was at a dealer today and they were saying MF varies by terms.  They had 52% for 15k but the finance manager was telling me it was going to be different at 12k... also strange I offered to put a security and they confirmed .0019 but we didn’t get to finalize that as they were having trouble getting that rate.  I’m wondering if it changed and they were not aware?

    Thank you!  I was at a dealer today and they were saying MF varies by terms.  They had 52% for 15k but the finance manager was telling me it was going to be different at 12k... also strange I offered to put a security and they confirmed .0019 but we didn’t get to finalize that as they were having trouble getting that rate.  I’m wondering if it changed and they were not aware?

    As of May 1st, .00215 MF is the new base rate

    12K/yr will add 2% to the residual, but it won't change the money factor.

    Residual value %age are the same?
    1000 dollar extra incentives? (6250 vs 7250)
