We don't have any info on that, but dealers often have "flex cash" from Acura, which they can add to deal, at their discretion.

Just leased Black MDX AWD Tech w/ entertainment in CA. They said you can only lease at .00225. You would have to put down a deposit of $500 dollars to get .00215, but they said Honda lease Financing doesn't do deposits? Paid $3,000 out the door and $499/month for 10k miles for 3 years. $462.50 plus sales tax. MSRP was $54,695..

I've spoken with them as well. Assuming tax is included in the cap costs somehow, seems reasonable.

Here is what I calculate based on what I have seen with them at 36/12 on AWD Tech MDX:

I'm planning to go to my local Acura dealership in Portland Oregon, 97223 for lease info. Acura MDX 2019 Tech with Entertainment. The price is $54,295. Their ad on the base models are offering $439 month with $3299 down. I need to pay my own taxes (I live in Vancouver Wa, so have 8.4% tax), licensing/registration, etc. 36 months, 10,000 miles. I do not understand what MF, residuals, and incentives are. Can you catch me up, so that I dont get taken for a ride?

First... Acura Finance will own the vehicle, and they'll take care of the tax situation. WA collects the tax monthly on each lease payment, so you can't pay the taxes, yourself. It's collected along with your monthly payment. Any upfront tax that is due (on CAP reductions) will be collected by the dealership and forwarded along to Acura Finance. Of course, with Portland right across the river, the dealership will be familiar with this.

Just spoke to sales rep Maher today. He said it’s 36 payments for $540 each including everything. So just pay $540 and take the car and pay the next 35 months $540 each. That’s it no other charges. It seems like the best deal out of the few dealerships I have been to. I believe I need atleast 15k miles but he keeps insisting going for 12k and when the lease is over I can work with the dealership. Worse case pay for it then not now. You guys agree?

No. Get the higher mileage allowance if you think you'll need it

If you go with 12K, you'll stress over every mile you drive. What fun would that be?

They are showing you $11,500 total discount, but taking back $1400 of it with the pro package and dealer fee, so net $10,100. Less the $7275 incentive, and you're only getting $2825 off the sticker price.

I think you can do better than that.

The zip is 33708. Is this for the MF? Does the payment seem right for the monthly with other constants? I"m coming off an Infiniti lease where I was paying $339 on a $38k vehicle. Prior to that got a steal on a G37 lease below $300. Now I know that was 6 years ago which id s why I'm here asking the experts.

I think I follow your logic on the discounting. Are you saying the the $7,275 is coming directly from Acura to get me to lease the car through them so the Dealer is not giving anything up for that? Therefore the pricing given has only moved $2,825 from the street price after the dealer fee and Pro Package are added in.

What I don't know is how you know what the "better than that pricing" should come from so that I can intelligently speak to it in a negotiation.

I don't want to put any money down and have an MDX with a lease ending in July with 25k miles on it. We were given these numbers which doesn't seem to have much taken off the MRSP and I think I should attempt to negotiate the selling price if possible to lower the payment:
