Thanks. Probably my mistake for not asking for selling price after they provided the quote without it. In both cases they said the buy out price was the residual value. And in the first case, I didn't specify the state. I am in New England and buying out of state. If the monthly payments stay as above, does the selling price become important to determine if there is room for negotiation? I realize it impacts the depreciation amount but was doing my own math based on the numbers provided.

I doubt your $1500 is all going to CAP reduction. You have to take the first payment out of that amount.
Subtract $846, instead of $1500 from your 2nd calculation, and see where you land.

I'd guess the $595 acquisition fee is part of the "Taxable Fees", now that I look at it.
(you wouldn't put it where you did, in any case)

The easy way would be to have them screen shot the deal sheet.
Some number differs slightly, or is a subset of a different number.
We are now within $100 or so, total, either way.

Well, $525/mo is way less than $583/mo

MSRP always includes destination, for lease calculation purposes.

Why won’t the Acura dealer give me the lease incentive off of the Edmunds fair value price?  They are quoting me 41300 for base MDX AWD.  And 37492 for leasing.  They won't subtract 6175 from 41300.  Am I trying to negotiate for something that's not possible with this incentive?  TIA!
