    What is the itemization of the $3993 up front? Likely that includes some cap reduction, we we suggest you avoid.

    In CA,we prefer that you only pay the first payment and DMV costs at signing, and make everything else part of the monthly payment.

    FYI, there is $8500 of incentives on that model, so your dealer discount is only $2500. You may be able to do better than that. Read back through the last couple of pages on this thread, and use this link to help with pricing:
