Yayyy! 1500 incentive MF not so hot so we'll attack that sale price+aquisition. Looks like the HR-V is hanging on the lots around here. Preparing now for the end of the month close.

We go back to the days of former mod carman in 2006 or so and have always tried to give back to the community either by posting the text results or a scan of our lease contract. Just perusing the cr-v/hr-v/accord/civic forums, there's a real lack of "results" compared to past years. Much appreciative of the few that do.

Been shopping around the Philly/So.Jersey region via internet.
Dealers are very VERY tight on the HR-V even though they've been sitting on the lots.
Even with the 1500 lease incentive, the best my wife is at so far is:
LX AWD 12/36 sign and drive 35x228 before monthly tax with a cap of 20305
The 00136 mf is a killer
