Okay, made my deal on a 2019 LT in 21093:
MSRP 39890
-7500 lease cash
-6027 dealer discount
-2000 GM Card Earnings and Bonus
Residual 50%
MF 0.00153

I guess they had to make up some of the heavy 6027 dealer discount on MF and residual but for 800 due including first month and 259 monthly for 36/12 in PA (9% tax on payment), I'm pleased. As always, thanks for help with improving transparency!
