About to lease my third RX350 AWD with premium package (no moon roof because of white with black interior) from same dealer. Is it better to wait for December to remember or lease in November?

I priced out a 2018 and 2019 (white exterior, black interior) with both having an MSRP of $49,500 with sightly different options.

I read that I may be entitled to some lease loyalty incentives and waiving destination/prep + no damage issues returning the leased vehicle.

I'm leasing from Long Island Atlantic Lexus - 11747.

Do you know MF, Dealer Cost, and residual? Want a 4 year lease, 12000 miles

FYI - with Edmund's help, I was able to negotiate a lease for my step-daughters Subaru $100 less per month than original dealer's offer (after I went to a different dealer). Thanks in advance
