I laughed, then gave him your numbers and he then went down to $620. After sitting at his desk calculating lease prices and TMV, I eventually got him down to $599, but don't know residual or what MF he used or Cap cost or reduction.

I'm writing him back to get a quote for 48/10,000.

Are the .0009 and 48% accurate. He also said those numbers are not negotiable, which I believe is "fake news"

What fees are due at signing?
First Month, DMV, taxes of car price less residual. The car is already prepped (we can take it today) so should I push back on destination and prep?

He texted me and said "$630 and drive away with your car.". I wrote back that I'm not accepting a number out of thin air, especially when his last offer was $620. I asked the salesmen for all the terms that would be printed on the lease - Cap Cost, incentives, cap deduction, residual % and MF.

I told him if you are not willing to send that to me, I'll go somewhere else.

This dealer has a $1000 Special which I'm sure he forgot to include.

This is the offer I have for a 2019 base with 9 MSDs. They have factored in the available MF, incentive and residual according to the dealer.

Does it look good? The rebate loyalty is because I already have a rx lease now which will end in December

Not sure how they are getting that low.

I got the rx base today. 45 month lease. 52% residual. Put down 6 msd deposits. 425 per month. MD taxes tags and title, acquisition fee all rolled into monthly payment. 47163 msrp, 38600 sale price.
