    It's possible, though I'm not positive they are all the same.
    Not that unusual. While numbers can change, month to month, they don't have to.

    If I'm planning to select from the dealer's loaner vehicle, is it possible to ask them to install new tires or ask for more discount for some potential wear and tear? Last time I leased a loaner C300 with 5k miles and forgot to check the tire, ended up I had to replace the tire within a year...
