    What lease term and how many miles per year?

    You can structure the deal however you'd like - in CA, we recommend that only the first payment and DMV costs be paid up front, and everything else be rolled into the monthly payment.

    I cant work the above numbers to come to 499. So I'm confused on this offer.

    after being silent, the dealer came back today with another offer:
    same as above, but 0-down, 770 out of pocket (acq fee), 550 per month with tax. They will absorb first payment

    Could you please comment on these?

    MF for Lexus seem to be substantially lower than Acura or BMW. Also I am seeing substantial variation in MF for lexus compared to BMW or Acura. Any thoughts?

    BMW has higher residuals, Acura has bigger incentives
    There is more than one way to get to a competitive lease payment. The MF is just one part of the equation.
