There is a 45 month program for Lexus - .00050 and 48%

I'm sure the dealer will say anything to get you to sign.

If the $3800 covers all your up front costs, then the cap cost should be $46,388. If I plug that and the MSRP into my calculator, I get $484/mo.

So, not too far off the dealer quote.

But, a lot of that $3800 up front would be at risk of loss if the car is stolen or totaled. Ask them to add everything but the first payment and DMV costs to the selling price, and give you a payment.

You control the conversation - if you want 36 months, say so. You'll have a higher payment, but I'm sure you already know that.

Essentially what you are saying is to move the taxes, doc, acquisition into the payment?  I thought it was better to pay that up front otherwise you pay interest on it?  I understand your point on risk of loss.

The MF is pretty low, so you aren't really paying that much interest on those items.

Dude, they're attempting to hosing you, TTL for your state are known items, it's a math problem not modern art, if they aren't telling you the details, move on.

Also, the incentives on the L version are much higher, as they don't sell as well, and a refreshed 2020 RX is right around the corner.

At 14.8 percent off MSRP with rebate. Trying to get same monthly for 36 month lease and dealer says they can do it. Waiting on deal sheet for 36 months.

Horrible deal, should be no more than around 1% of MSRP , and that is with zero down and 35 payments on a 36/12 lease so figure somewhere around $530 to $535 per month not 619.
