Got a quote from a SoCal Lexus dealer on memorial weekend. 2019 FWD 53.7k msrp white and black with 980 miles demo, lease for a new car lease residual and money factor, 46188 selling price plus 3k rebate, 0 drive off, 2850 msd, 36/12 465 a month with 10.25% tax, or 48/12 for 462 a month. 

Because RX no apple carplay, I walked away this deal, but I think this deal is much improved than my 2017 52.6k msrp 48/12 510 with tax.

You should be able to get this vehicle for $620 to $625 per month with zero out of pocket and 35 payments. The $950 upfront fees (title and registration and first month payment) can be rolled into lease, and at .60% interest rate pays to do it. Sp (50 upfront fees plus $639 - $620 you are paying about $1500 more then the you probably should.

I would call the dealer today and let him know that you are ready to pull the trigger but need the vehicle ta $620 per month all in, no upfront fees and 35 payments on a 36/12, or a true sign and drive

Is the selling price before deducting the rebate? Appears that would have to be the case, since the adjusted CAP is just $250 more than the selling price.

Seems like a pretty strong offer, but it can't hurt to ask for more.

But, I wouldn't roll in my first payment and DMV charges. By doing that, you subject those amounts to the monthly sales tax, which wouldn't happen if you paid them upfront.
