If you can wait, I would recommend that. NY taxes the sum of the payments, and collects the money up front, whereas WA taxes the monthly payment.

If you lease in NY, not sure you'll be able to refund the taxes you pre-paid.

We don't have the US Bank numbers.

But, the negative equity is going to add $73/mo to any deal you make.

And, you pay tax on the whole selling price in Texas, which doesn't help your lease payment, either.

Can you hold off and work on the negative equity a bit?

This is a nice deal and close to what we got on a 2.0 Premium Plus. Maybe push them for a full 11% off the MSRP rather than 10.6%. I also got $3500 in additional incentives for conquest + $500 lease cash last month. Didn't know that was still available this month. I'm in 19035. Smart to max out MSDs if you have the cash.

49% is the 42/10 residual; confirm the lease term you want.
