If you have top tier credit, I would guess they are marking up an APR
Your conversion is correct, but it's more likely that the base rate is actually 0.57% APR

In my negotiations with Alfa, I found that dealers are actively pushing the Ally bank deals as they are easier to mark up. Once they realize you want to look at the MF/RV/CC and not at the other bs paperwork they throw in your face, they tend to back off, but I believe that's a minority of edmunds educated people.
