If the sale price is the same as the adjusted CAP cost, then $421/mo+tax.

The $2000 probably has some left over for CAP reduction, after paying first payment, acquisition fee and DMV fees.

Do you have the adjusted CAP?
I'll guess that the dealer discount includes some of those incentives.

Drive off: $3,500 (But dealer told me that its $2,000 I think they included rebates as well)

I just graduated from Grad School but they told me that Dodge has no offer for it. Unfortunately, no one is leasing in my household as well.

The tax is just an informational line.. It isn't part of the total amount. CA taxes the monthly payment.
Now, I'm in the same ballpark on payment.

Do you have the adjusted CAP cost?
Did they disclose the money factor?

This is not adding up for me, unless they are bumping up the MF or they are including the $1500 rebate in the dealer discount. Based on all the numbers you provided, I come up with about $404/mo with $2k paid at signing, which I assume includes first month's payment.

Any help, this dealer is trying to give me a money factor of .00054 I think when it should be .00012 that makes a big difference on my monthly payments!

The maximum markup is .00042. I'll let you do the math.
You can insist on the base rate, or find another dealer.

What is the adjusted CAP cost on that quote?
You can't just deduct the $4000, as part of that is allocated to first payment, DMV, acquisition fee, etc, etc.

Residual is 58% of msrp minus the gas guzzler tax of 1700 = 43131

My credit is great and they said I qualify for tier 1 which is .00054 idk if thats right?

0 down...drive off is 966 and the payment is 966 for 36m/15k

Any help is greatly appreciated!
