It's confusing to convert the MF to an APR. But, it looks like the MF has been marked up to .00033 on your quote (.792 / 2400).

To get $710/mo with the inflated MF, the cap cost has to be at or around $54,650.

If you aren't paying the taxes and fees up front, they'd have to be added to the sale price - unless, of course, the $54,132 price you've shared is the cap cost.

$895 acquisition fee
$1700 sales tax (estimate)
$300-600 dealer doc fee (estimate)

Which means the true selling price is closer to $51K.

Looks like a solid deal; the poor residual is what hurts, here.

Ok so I'm confused. Can you be specific whether the $710/mon which includes Tire and wheel coverage is a good or bad deal.

The 20" tires are susceptible to bubbles and curb rash. If I blow two tires (nails etc), then I get my money's worth with it. It's not cheap to replace these tires.

Sounds like you have had experience with curb rash and tire replacement. I've driven in Northern NJ - not a place for the faint of heart!

Talked to the dealer yesterday and apparently they set the adjusted cap cost as 60k. We manage to negotiate it down to 58200 and I get 713.01 per month.

The lease credit is to the dealer, and will be reflected in whatever price they offer you.

The loyalty is something you qualify for, and is applied like a down payment.
