MSRP is MSRP.

Adjusted CAP is the selling price, plus any additional items not paid upfront, minus any down payment (aka CAP reduction). It's similar to the "amount financed" on a loan.

They have now been unable to find my first choice and are locating a Premium Plus for me which was my fourth choice in prioritizing what I wanted. They are also now playing games with the money factor on the lease. I do think I can solve this but wanted to know my options. With Audi, is a partial payment binding?

If you haven't taken delivery, then you should be able to unwind the deal and start over.
