I’m looking at the base Cayenne, and not expecting much of a discount l, but did fine a dealer giving 8% off MSRP. Waiting for someone to post March 36/10 lease numbers MF/RV

Leasing a 2018 Macan Sport edition CPO/demo. Low miles. MSRP 63,810. 36m/10,000 Miles - 61% residual with standard MF = 0.0026

My credit Trans Union score was 688 (FICO 733) but in NYC they only use TransUnion. One dealer said I was a Teir 3 but bumped it to Tier 2 and I qualified for a 0.0028 MF. Another dealer said I was Tier 3 And they bumped me to a Tier 2 but they are giving me a 0.0031 MF - which is nuts. 

One dealer said because its a CPO/loaner/demo the car qualifies for under the special rate” w a 0.0028 MF. The other said because I got a Tier hump and cannot also jump from a standard rate (0.0031) to the “special rate” 

who is correct and who isnt? 

First dealer is using the MSRP and the second is using the MRM instead. Which one is right?

(but, that's not the standard MF. It's a subvented MF for this model)

I wonder why the residual isn't reduced to account for the current odometer reading?

I can't tell you the answer to your questions about Tier bumps and what that qualifies you for, but:
Tier 1
.00290 is the standard MF
.00260 is the special MF for this model/trim.
Tier 2 is a .00020 bump over Tier 1

If MRM is less than MSRP, then MRM is used to calculate residual.
