    I can't debug the leasehackr calculator - I use my own spreadsheet so I can control both the numbers I input and the calculations themselves.

    I'm getting quoted the following:

    $319 month (including tax) with 1K DAS. 51% RV and MF of 0.0006.
    MSRP of 28,360.00 Discount Savings (-4,500.00) . Vehicle Selling Price 23,860.00.

    What do you think of this deal?

    Even at $415 a month...seems like a really good deal. Considerably lower than I've been able to track down in NY for the Premium SEL 4Motion.

    Incentives could change by market area (say, NYC vs. PHIL), but I don't know that for sure, and I don't know where the cutoffs are.

    Estimating, it looks like the right payment. $2800 discount, on top of the dealer's incentive seems good

    I’m trying to negotiate 2019 SEL Prem AWD (MSRP: $38275). A dealership applied for/VW deal $440 at 15/36 0 total out of pocket using April incentives. After delays on approval, now May, they’re new offer for 15/36 and 0 total out of pocket is:

    1. MSRP:              $38,275
    2. Cap Cost           $34,163.31
    3. Residual           .53
    4. Money Factor   .00185
    5. Monthly            $498.67

    My gut from the market says it should close at $475 but to get it quickly (end of month) is the recommended strategy to focus on cap cost (obv could do better on sale) or focus on a better MF/term with financing? They “threw in” VW Care Plus so I know the residual should have changed too.

    That is an awful big markup to the MF.

    Tell them you won't sign any deal unless you get the base MF.
