DMV: $414 (I am registered with my current vehicle already, so need to confirm accurate price)
Doc Fee: $597 (Pretty high per Edmunds chart for NJ) How can I get them to reduce this amount?
Lux Tax: $194 (I think it is just a way to charge more) how can I get them to drop this charge?
Tire Tax: $7.50 Required by the state

The luxury tax is on cars above $50K MSRP. It isn't a charge, it is a tax levied by the state.

Bank fee is fixed.

Purchase price is the one you negotiate.

Cap cost is the purchase price with any taxes or fees you add in, because you aren't paying them up front. Then subtract any cash down you make ("cap cost reduction")

You'll need to ask the dealer that.

My guess is the $2000 includes the first payment, registration costs and other fees, and whatever is left is cap cost reduction.
