Does this mean that whatever value I negotiate to with the dealer, I have more leverage as I can make them try to go down by a certain % of the honda-to-dealer incentive? It's not like they will just reduce my net capitalized cost by $1200, right? Thanks so much

Correct. You have an extra $1200 of room, to get to the bottom dollar.

Sorry it's a little blurry - this is what I got from my dealership, is this a good deal? I feel like the selling price is fair, but not sure since monthly payment is a bit high..

I agree with the math.

With the $1200 incentive, the effective discount from sticker is only $600; if you want to improve the deal, that's the place to do so.

24 month term is hurting you; 36 month payment would be $259/mo plus tax

As @Michaell noted, there is a $1200 dealer incentive, so the effective discount is very, very small. Get a bigger discount.
And, as suggested, forget about the 24 month term. Amortizing fixed costs (DMV, acq.fee, etc) over a shorter term just kills your payment.
