I show your selling price as $27985, not $27105. The only place I see $27105 is that penciled in number, which definitely isn't being used in that calculation. Unless you've added some sort of aftermarket cost of $880, that isn't listed.

The cash due at signing is $1000, not $900.

Your $1000 plus the $1260 rebate give you $2260 of working cash
The $1702 minimum drive off are the items in the Due at Signing column (excluding the CAP cost reduction)

I just picked up a CX5 GT FWD for my father as he was returning his 2016.5 CX5 GT. I leveraged the 3 mo pull ahead/payment waiver coupled with the other loyalty incentives which made this a no-brainer. $0 DAS, $299 mo for remaining 35 mo.

I did the deal with Patrick Howard of Mazda Escondido (San Diego). He's extremely easy to work with and very transparent as all details were done over email. Actually, this deal was done last week, but my father wasn't available until today to make the exchange.

If you're in Orange County, I would also recommend JR Perez at Tuttle Click Irvine or Fouroz at Capistrano. Both offered comparable deals (actually a little less), but it wasn't worth driving up for an extra $5/mo.

They've rolled all of the other charges into the CAP cost (tax, DMV, acquisition fee)

Seems like a decent deal.
Appears you received Texas tax credits, as the rate is only 1.5%, instead of 6.25%
That saved you $1270 ($35/mo.) This credit comes from the bank.

But, I show $540 customer lease cash for your area, that I don't see reflected in this deal.
If it's part of the difference between MSRP and initial CAP cost ($1105), then that makes the actual dealer discount very, very small. (sort of small, anyway)

Ask about the lease cash (it's a Mazda to customer rebate) and if you are getting it, then you should be able to get a bigger discount. You may be able to negotiate this same payment with only $1000-$1500 upfront.

Can you please provide the breakdown of the incentives? I keep running into dealers denying incentive amounts.

Question: will the stated MF, Residuals, and Incentives remain the same for the entire month (or until 1/6/20 in Mazda's instance), or can each of these variables change at any time?
