    The GT does not come with a turbo engine (that is the GTR)

    GT AWD (no turbo): .00001 MF and 59% residual. $570 lease cash

    GTR (all are turbo/AWD): .00067 MF and 56% residual. $360 lease cash

    Tell them you want the base MF, or you'll find another dealer.

    In the 55415 zip area, is leasing a 2019 white AWD touring for 36mo/10k for 269/mo with 1k down and 1k value trade in with free remote start a good deal? I'm new in leasing and mazda and really not too sure if this is an okay deal.

    So, how much total is due from you? (besides the trade equity)

    $2000 in cap reduction is roughly $60/mo on a 36 month lease - $329/mo without the cash down.

    I'd say it's OK, but it can't hurt to engage with a second dealer to see if you can drive the price down.
