    I thought about the acquisition fee. My acq. fee on my '17 A4 lease was $795 and included with the due at signing. Either $795 or $895 divided by 36 gets my monthly close to theirs. Them rolling the acq. fee into the note is probably the difference. I really appreciate your assistance. I gave the offer to the dealer that sold me my '17 to see if they're willing to beat it. I'll post an update.
    That looks like a pretty aggressive deal at $519/mo and $970 due at signing.

    Thanks again for your help getting a good deal TWICE within the last 3 and a half years. It put a little smirk on my face when I saw the sales managers face after I told him the residual was wrong on the final numbers. He says he made a mistake and used 39/12 instead of 39/10. I don't know if he was trying to be slick but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. They say an educated consumer is a salespersons worst nightmare. I agree 1000% lol.

    Dealer will occasionally make an honest mistake. If the term and mileage do not agree with the residual value, the bank will reject the application and force them to resubmit. Which means you'd have to sign the contract again.
