    2019 Audi A4 Premium Plus AWD CPO 2,577 miles for $29,989 plus tax and fees. $34,375 TOTAL after all taxes and fees includes remaining NVW and 1 year CPOW bringing the warranty end date to 9/12/24. Lease option for $309 per month $4,995 down 39/10 in 10956. Are these good deals? Would one option be better than the other?

    $23,323 would be residual value.
    The lease looks pretty good, though I would rather have a higher payment and less upfront.

    $4400 seems like a lot extra to add to a selling price, just for taxes and fees, if you decide to purchase. I'd ask for an itemization.
