    I am trying to help my parents with a deal remotely and just learned some different numbers than what they told me over the phone. You were correct about the selling price. It is 28845. But I also just learned that it is for 36 mo/10k and not 12k. Are there different RV/MF/Incentives for the 2019 EX-L FWD for 10k?
    What would be a fair selling price for this vehicle (no options, as is).

    Just leased a 2019 CRV AWD EX-L (Metallic Steel) for $338 monthly for 3-years/36,000.

    MSRP was $32,345.
    Negotiated price was $28,033 through Costco program.
    MF was .00065. Residual was 59%.
    Dealer also cut me check for approx. $750 for remaining two payments on existing lease.

    My OTD price was $338 first month payment.

    In Chicago suburbs.

    Bank fee AND dealer fee? Its usually a $500-700 fee. Then maybe an admin fee for 199 which may or may not include title/license in there. Considering they aren't budging much. But then again it is 59% RV and a super low MF. But I'd be walking due to the banking fee. Why not a $500+ car prep fee as well. Throw that in there too!

    The incentive is Honda to dealer. Hopefully, that results in you negotiating a lower selling price.

    Be aware that the numbers in the left hand column are for purchase.
    The tax amount will be different for a lease, and there is a $595 acquisition fee not listed.
