I have received this offer on a 2019 EX AWD for a 36/15 lease. I'm not familiar with what they are calling a cash offset in this worksheet. It seems like it is being added to the vehicle price, but is not the first month payment. Almost seems like a 37th payment.

Ohio taxes the sum of the payments, including the rent charge.

If the taxes are added back into the cap cost, they are also subject to interest.

If you pay them up front and the car is totaled, you won't likely get a refund from the state for the paid, but unused, taxes.

How many dealers have you worked with to get to that price?

If the answer is 1, you need to shop other dealers. Most dealers won't negotiate against themselves.

This price is from a lease broker. a few dealerships and other brokers were higher. so this deal is the best deal that I think is available

If you're here doing your own research, why pay a broker?

But, looks like this is as good as you can get.
