    I'd look at it more like this:
    You are paying $25,200 for the vehicle (including dealer fee).
    Trying to break it down into cost + accessories is losing focus on the final number.

    $304/mo, with $304 upfront is a pretty good deal for that CR-V, all-in.

    I'm not surprised the dealer wouldn't budge.

    That's robbery. I just got a AWD EX for 27577 net cost. Rolled everything including the first payment in and drive away with nothing to pay whatsoever (well Excise tax eventually) for $326 a month on a 36month/12k lease.
