Hi all. Thoughts on this offer....Dealer doesn't have the best rep in my area so I am cautious.
61615 zip 36/15 Currently drive a subaru and acadia denali, so no loyalty..do they have conquest?

That is all that is necessary to "drive-off". Everything else can be rolled into the lease (acquisition fee, etc).
Yes, that will make your payment higher, but you'll only have about $1000-$1100 out of pocket.

Other numbers you need:
Selling price
Adjusted CAP cost

It's okay that you want your payment to be $350, and are willing to put money upfront to achieve that. But, by negotiating just the upfront and payment amounts, you don't know where there might be more room to negotiate.

Currently leasing a 2016 X1 XDRIVE in 33146. Need to return it and wanted to get all the pertinent info so I can best be prepared to negotiate with the dealer for a 2019 X1 XDRIVE in 33146 with 36/10. MF, RV, % off MSRP, taxed and untaxed incentives (how do I know which is which?), typical dealer fees (negotiable?), acquisition and government fees(negotiable, typical?), post sale rebates, sales tax, and whatever else anyone might feel I need to get a leg up.

Someone else did this for me last time and I no longer have that help so I need to do it myself but it seems rather daunting and I'm afraid of getting taken advantage of.

Dealer fees are egregious in FL; just negotiate a lower price to offset it.
