If you include the $900 as part of the 8%, then you aren't really getting 8% off, are you?

2019 X1 front wheel drive service loaner with 3k miles. It has convenience and premium package. MSRP 41,400 according to dealership. After rebate and discount selling price is $31,400 ( 10k off). There are $1500 in various doc fees, etc added back on. $0 down up front is coming out with payment of $385. 

Is this a good deal and are calculations right? This is in Georgia.

Looking at leasing a 2019 X1 service loaner and wondering what sort of information we should take into price negotiations. We have the following information:

MSRP: 42,450
Online Price: 36,500 (supposedly inclusive of all existing offers and incentives, but not sure if that math checks - I get a higher number)
Term: 36/10
Miles: Unknown

Dealer hasn't shown us a term sheet or how they got their numbers but told us payments would be $548/month. Location is VA.

Hoping to get MF, residual, and incentive information as well as what we can expect as far as a discount from MSRP for it being a loaner and an opinion on if $548 is a fair payment.

How many miles are on the vehicle in question? There will be an adjustment to the residual based on that.

But, you'll want to negotiate a bigger discount from sticker, before applying the incentives, for those miles.

2019 BMW X1 xDrive28i AWD. The current model is a dealer demo with 4.5k on it. How would a lease work for 36/12 as it relates to MF and Residual values, because of the demo mileage? If it differs, what would a brand new one without mileage? Zip is 48820, thanks!
