They have labeled that as "Net Cap Cost". That would imply that it is the price, after the incentive has been deducted

The dealer has the option of using whatever banks offer programs for leasing. Doesn't mean they will be any better than the Audi program. And, 3rd party banks aren't as concerned as keeping you as a repeat customer, so the end of the lease charges could be higher.

Audi Finance does offer MSDs; maximum 9 with each one lowering the MF by .00005

You can have up to 9 security deposits - each security deposit amount is the monthly payment rounded up to the next highest $50, and each SD lowers the money factor by .00005. So, a net decrease of .00045 on the MF.
