You should get the base rate - do not allow the dealer to mark it up

It's the best offer I've seen for the Q5 I wanted after talking with several dealers and not getting anywhere close. Nobody else locally wants to match or beat it. What is the difference between Cash Reduction and Customer Cash and how it relates to the Total Cap Reduction and where do these numbers come from? Also, why is the Total Cap Reduction added back into the Upfront Charges? There shouldn't be a down payment.

The aftermarkets are Audi Beam Rings $250, Trunk Cover $255, USB Cables $110, Floor Mats $305. I asked for pricing on a car in their inventory without this stuff, but he came back with this. I'm going to see if he'll eat them.

Cash reduction is the down payment, and the Customer Cash is the size of the check the dealer is expecting you to write.

Tell them you only want to make the first payment and registration costs, up front, and that everything else will be rolled into the monthly payment. Dealers often structure the deal to show a good payment amount, but the up front cash simply changes the calculus of the deal, not the total cost.
