MF and residual are correct, as stated.

The lease bonus in CA is only $1250. It is a customer incentive, meaning there are no qualifications and it will show up on the contract as a cap reduction (down payment)

No conquest incentives from Audi, this month.

Thank you so much for your help! One more question regarding the 36/10K Q5 PP lease. If I get Audi Care, does that help raise the residual value from 55% by 1% to 56%?

I have never leased a car and would appreciate some feedback on an Audi Q5 deal that doesn't sound favorable based upon other posts I have just read:

-$8,700 payoff on loan on Mercedes
-36 month/10,000/yr lease
-$658/month pmt
-No cash up front aside from the obvious equity in trade in

Where should the monthly be based upon this scenario? Very appreciative for your insights!

I would recommend against using trade equity as a down payment - the only thing we recommend you pay at signing is the first payment and registration costs. Have the dealer cut you a check for the difference.

Work to get the lowest price you can; get multiple dealer to bid for the right to earn your business.

I recently had a dealer price out a lease in 08540 for a premium plus trim. I was in to test drive a q5 as my a4 lease comes due in July. I did not do any negotiations as I was not yet ready to buy however noticed the residual used in the quote I was sent was 52% which seems much lower than most of people's listed here. Is this accurate and fair?

The calculation is correct, given that adjusted CAP.

Do you have a breakdown of how the adjusted CAP was calculated?
There is a $1000 consumer rebate on this vehicle.
And, the Adjusted CAP is $3200 over the sale price.

They claim the info you provided me is in accurate.

Can you let me know if we did okay with the lease we signed on April 27th? I thought we did good until I saw the money factor and residual value provided on this webpage in the previous pages.

It is a 39 month 12,000miles/year lease for a 2019 Audi Q5 Prestige with $58,300 MSRP. Our zip is 63341. We got two incentives totaling $1,750 ($1,250 rebate and $500 for owning a Nissan). The adjusted capitalized cost is $52,578 and the residual value is $29,160. We also purchased Audi Care which supposedly increased the residual value by 1%. We paid about $1,500 for the first lease payment plus other fees. Our monthly payment is $825 including tax. Based on MF and RV listed here, we ended up overpaying about $100/month. Did we make a bad deal or am I missing something?
